We offer rental of residential and commercial spaces in the center of Hradec Králové. The building is ideally located within view of the historic center, in close proximity to cultural, commercial, and healthcare facilities, as well as primary and secondary schools, parks, sports facilities, and branches of several major banks, all within walking distance to the pedestrian zone.

We offer long-term rentals of residential units ranging from 58m² (1-bedroom) to 160m² (3-bedroom). The apartments are equipped with a bathroom, kitchen with a kitchenette, basic furniture, Wi-Fi coverage, and TV signal connection. Additional furniture, bed linens, kitchenware, etc., are provided according to the client’s requirements. Each apartment is equipped with an automatic washing machine.

In the shared basement, there is a lockable bike storage room. The residential part of the building provides weekly cleaning of common areas, and upon agreement, regular cleaning of apartments according to the tenants‘ needs. The residential part of the building is non-smoking – smoking is only allowed in the courtyard.

In the commercial areas on the ground floor, accessible from the street, you will find the travel agency INVIA and a clothing store. In the rear part of the building, services such as a Salt-Iodine Cave, massage, and tattoo salons are operated (links and opening hours can be found here).
